Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk
AGS provides O&M services at Fort Polk for over 8 million square feet of buildings, including three separate water treatment plants (with 100 miles of associated pipe), an electrical plant (with 142 miles of overhead and 41 miles of underground cable), and a hazardous material storage area (Ammunition Supply Point). We provide plumbing, electrical, gas, painting, HVAC, roofing, and carpentry services for all buildings except family housing and maintain grounds, training ranges, and over 273 miles of paved roads. Our innovative approach to maintenance services has improved quality and provided the customer a cost savings of more than $300,000 in the first 18 months of this contract.
