Joint Readiness Training Center and Fort Polk
AGS provides program management of whole base operations at the Joint Readiness Training Center & Fort Polk, Louisiana. We provide financial, purchasing, and human resources management services and are responsible for O&M of over 8 million square feet of buildings. In addition to managing the complex A-76 conversion of this project, we managed to find cost savings of over $300,000 in our first 18 months at Fort Polk.
