Al Konvicka, President

Mr. Konvicka has over 30 years' experience in business development, operations, and contract management in support of various government agencies. As president of AGS and member or chairman of joint venture oversight committees, he supports current programs and ensures delivery of high-quality services. Mr. Konvicka actively promotes continuous self-assessment and quality improvement programs to measure actual performance against contract requirements. In addition, he continually strives to introduce and implement new technologies that improve the efficiency of AGS contract operations.
